Cancellation
Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled.
Returns
- We DO NOT accept Returns/Exchanges/Refunds. We also do not do Resales.
- In case of damages incurred at the time of delivery, you will have to send us a picture & an Unboxing Video , along with order number within 8 hours of delivery time.
- If a damage has occurred (and is verified by our team) we will take it up on a case to case basis and inform you about next steps. Only after receiving a confirmation from our end about processing/repairing said damage, will the piece be accepted as a “return”.
- A Return Pick-up of the shipment will be arranged (Only eligible within India) from our end if that service is available for the said pincode. If your pincode is not eligible/feasible for a return pick up, the shipment has to be couriered to us at your own shipping cost. In Either Case, the product needs to be packed back well, sealed tight and sent in the same shipping & courier cardboard boxes that you received them in (sealed well with tape) to avoid any loss/damage during transit. You will also need to share a picture of the well packed shipment on email or WhatsApp for confirmation before they are picked up. Only upon this confirmation will the return parcel be accepted.
- A pick up for services/damages is not available for International shipments. Damages are likely to occur in International Shipments during Customs check. If it does, please do send it to us in any way feasible at your end and we will do the needful.
- Once we receive the product and the damage is validated, you will be informed about next steps.
- If the damage is irreversible, we will offer a you a free replacement of the same piece(*condition apply). If not, you can choose any of the other stock items of the same value.
- Each product has been updated with multiple pictures, reference images, dimensions and other details. Please go through all of these before placing an order with us. Please feel free to message us and ask us for additional info, more pictures if need be. These concerns will not be considered as a valid reason for return/replacement/exchange after you receive the product.
- For our Gold Polki Pieces : The 22ct light weight pieces : You can resell it back to us for 53% of the value (when bought) and get a cash back or buy a new piece with the credit. For the 18ct Jadau pieces : You can resell it back to us for 70 – 72% (determined after receiving the piece back) of the value (when bought) and get a cash back or buy a new piece with the credit. - Missing Items :
- In case of reporting missing items in the package for domestic and international shipments, we need a complete & Clear unboxing video of the package & pictures of how it was received by you (at the time of delivery). Documented pictures and videos of the boxes and items received clearly need to be shared. If a clear unboxing video is not received, missing items will not be considered. Reports of the same need to be informed to us over a phone call or WhatsApp immediately after receiving the package. Reports after a day or more will not be considered.
*condition: If a similar piece is available or a similar can be remade, the damaged piece will be replaced.
Repolishing:
We offer free re-polishing and services for pieces bought from us for upto 1 year from order date. Post which all polishing and services will be charged at cost, depending on what kind of work is required on the piece.
